Teriyaki Salmon

  • 4 salmon fillets of 125 g

  • 6 tbsp. Kikkoman Teriyaki marinade sauce

  • 50 g grated radish
  • Olive oil
  • 1 piece of ginger cut into thin strips

    Preparation time: 20 minutes. Marinade time: 1h

    Marinate the salmon in 6 tablespoons Teriyaki marinade sauce. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Then dry it, brush it with oil and put on the grill for 7 minutes on each side. While cooking, brush the salmon with Teriyaki marinade sauce. Serve with radish and ginger. Accompany with lentils or steamed apples.
