Salmon with cream
Ingredients for 4 persons
Per serving: 740 kcal
4 salmon fillets of 125 g
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 shallot
25 cl of Anchor Culinary cream
10 cl of white win
Instructions
Preparation time: 10 minutes.Cooking time: 15 minutes.
Place the salmon on a pan with some olive oil over a medium heat.
Cook on all sides until they have a nice color and set aside.
Mince the shallot and put it in the pan that was used for the salmon.
Heat until it becomes translucent then add the white wine and reduce.
Finally add the cream and simmer for a few minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
You can also add dill and a little lemon. Accompany your dish with steamed and sautéed broccoli with garlic for a perfect meal.
