Salmon with cream

Ingredients for 4 persons

Per serving: 740 kcal

  • 4 salmon fillets of 125 g
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 shallot
  • 25 cl of Anchor Culinary cream
  • 10 cl of white win
  • Instructions

    Preparation time: 10 minutes.Cooking time: 15 minutes.

  • Place the salmon on a pan with some olive oil over a medium heat.
  • Cook on all sides until they have a nice color and set aside.
  • Mince the shallot and put it in the pan that was used for the salmon.
  • Heat until it becomes translucent then add the white wine and reduce.
  • Finally add the cream and simmer for a few minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  • You can also add dill and a little lemon. Accompany your dish with steamed and sautéed broccoli with garlic for a perfect meal.
