  • 4 fillets Beef fillets
  • 80 g of Gorgonzola
  • 10 cl Anchor Culinary cream
  • Instructions

    Preparation time: 5 minutes
    Cooking time: 5 minutes.

  • In a hot frying pan, cook the beef fillets for 2 minutes on each side.
  • Remove from the pan and set aside.
  • Add the cheese and the cream in the pan.
  • Let the cheese melt. Mix and serve this sauce with the steaks.
